We specialize exclusively in high-quality Handbag products designed for modern style and everyday practicality.

Q2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your desired handbag, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can securely complete your purchase using PayPal or Venmo. All transactions use the Currency Used on Website: US Dollar ($).

Q3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if you need to cancel your order, we offer a Cancellation Window of 24 Hours. Once the processing stage has begun and the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping & Delivery

Q4. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer completely Free Shipping on all our orders.

Q5. Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Q6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our Order Cutout time is 5:00 PM (EST). Our estimated delivery timeline consists of two stages:

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Shipping time: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 to 7 business days.

Q7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we provide a tracking number. We partner with reliable Carrier Services, specifically DHL and FedEx.

Returns & Refunds

Q8. What is your return policy?

We offer a Return Window of 30 Days from the date you receive your item. Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products. Additionally, we accept exchanges. To be eligible, the handbag must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Q9. Who pays for return shipping?

The Return Shipping Cost is the Customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for arranging the return label and paying all associated return shipping costs.

Q10. Do you charge any restocking fees?

No, we value transparency. We charge a $0 Restocking Fee.

Q11. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. The Refund Process Time is 7 Business Days.

We currently accept payments through PayPal or Venmo.
